Operative Guidelines

Teaching

We believe that for a quality life of the church it is necessary to actively and constantly train all believers and leaders. Through various methods, we teach believers about their gifts and their role in society and the church. (2 Tim 2.1-2; Eph 4.11-13)

Efficiency

We are dedicated to achieving effective results. We are focused on our priorities, which are in accordance with our mission, vision and goals. We regularly harmonize our methods in order to fulfill our mission. We avoid works that bring inefficient results. (Proverbs 10:4; Proverbs 14:23; 1 Corinthians 3:7)

Care for Each Other

We are compassionate and sensitive to other’s needs; we sincerely, without pretense, help each other, not looking only to our own benefit. (1 Corinthians 12:26-27; 1 John 4:11)

Church Meetings

We encourage each believer to actively participate in church meetings and, if possible, to arrange their social activities that may hinder their participation. (Hebrews10:25)

Submission to Authority

We respect those persons who are in positions of authority, both in society and in the church, as we know that they are nominated by God for our good. We refuse to murmur and display inappropriate behavior; we will show them respect. (1 Timothy 2:2)

Acceptance & Respect

Our lives are examples of true joy in all that we do, either by serving in the church, family or everyday work. All we do is done without murmuring, with joy and dedication aware of the fact that we serve the Lord in every situation. (Romans 14:17; Philippians 4:4)

Sincerity

Sincerity is the basis of our relationship and communication. We are sincere in our words, deeds and the motives of our heart. Our relationships are direct, defined and sincere; without manipulation, double-speak and intentional selfish misleading. (Ephesians 4:25)

Encouraging

We build ourselves in the faith, display positive qualities and help others realize God’s plan and purpose for their life. We surrender all negative and critical attitudes that do not contribute the building up the others. (Hebrews 10:25b; 1 Thessalonians 5:11)

Communication

In communication we are open and sincere toward others taking into consideration difference of opinions and attitudes not contrary to fundamental biblical doctrines and behavioral patterns. (Ephesians 4:15)

Mutual Submission

We accept biblical principles of mutual submission, especially responsibility towards others. We believe we are called to bear each other’s burdens for in that way we encourage each other to grow toward spiritual maturity. (Romans 15:1; Galatians 6:2)

Team Work

We do not work independently; we believe and work as a team in which everyone offers his/her gifts, talents and callings. In this way we work more efficiently toward mutual interest. (1 Corinthians 12:12; Romans 12:4-5)

Responsibility

We take full responsibility for duties given to us both in the church and in everyday life. We are punctual and reliable. All we do is done with a clear conscience, respecting state law and regulations.

Conflict Resolution

We solve conflicts and disputes according to the biblical principles in Mathew 18:15-16, as well as other sections of scripture. We avoid backbiting and slander endeavoring to reconcile and repair our relationships. We do not harbor resentment or criticism and we avoid solving conflicts in an inappropriate manner. (Ephesians 4:32)
