Fundamental Values

Wisdom

God’s wisdom guides us and defines our thinking, speech and attitudes as well as aids us in making decisions. It enables us to correctly discern various circumstances and relationships. We carefully listen to advice and do not make hasty decisions. (James 1:5; Proverbs 3:13-15)

Mercy

We express o each person the grace and mercy needed for his/her renewal and dedication. This attitude does not refer to material things only but also to our relationships and attitudes. We forgive each other’s mistakes and avoid unforgiveness, criticism and bitterness. (Ephesians 2:8-9; Colossians 3:12-13)

Integrity

We recognize that the integrity of a person is a crucial part of the Christian testimony. We consider it to include morality, integrity of character, consistency in words and deeds, trust and uncompromising commitment to the biblical values of righteousness and honesty. (Philippians 3:12-15)

Doctrine Integrity

Our doctrine is based on the understanding of the Bible in full. It is evident in the balanced awareness and practice of biblical truths, which bring benefit to the whole being – spirit, soul and body. In this manner believers are made, who with mature behavior and righteous character can testify for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. (Titus 2:7b-8; Acts 2:42)

Love

We do all we can to ensure that our relationships are motivated and led by active, godly love, which gives while asking nothing in return and is evident in strong interpersonal relationships regardless of various personalities, callings, gifts and talents. It always works in the other’s best interest and includes service and devotion. (Colossians 3:14)

Loyalty

We are loyal and faithful, firmly standing by our words and promises. We are faithful to the given covenants and nominated authorities, to our mission, vision, goals and to our church regardless of the cost of our dedication. (2 Timothy 3:10-11; Revelation 2:10)

Discipleship

We believe and apply biblical teachings, which are the active hearing and participation of each believer/laity in the work of the church resulting in efficient widening of the Kingdom of God. (Matthew 28:18-20)

Excellence

We willfully strive to dedicate use our abilities, callings, gifts and talents given by God in order to do personal and church evangelism as efficiently as possible. We are determined and dedicated in doing so.  (Colossians 3:23-24)

Strong Families

We believe that the family structure is the basic foundation of a society and an efficient church. Therefore our families are governed according to the biblical principles of righteousness. We emphasize the man as the spiritual leader of the family. We do not sacrifice our family for the sake of our mission but serve God together. (Genesis 2:24; Ephesians 5:22-25; Ephesians 6:1-31; Timothy 5:8)

Unity

Unity is one of the foundations in achieving our mission, vision and goals. It is shown in the undivided dedication to God and the active widening of His Kingdom along with mutual fellowship, which does not change in spite of difficult circumstances. We avoid uniformity yet create biblical unity, which is achieved by keeping Christ’s commands, by prayer and quality communication. (Ephesians 4:3-6; Luke11:7)

Joy

Our lives are examples of true joy in all that we do, either by serving in the church, family or everyday work. All we do is done without murmuring, with joy and dedication aware of the fact that we serve the Lord in every situation. (Romans 14:17; Philippians 4:4)
