We solve conflicts and disputes according to the biblical principles in Mathew 18:15-16, as well as other sections of scripture. We avoid backbiting and slander endeavoring to reconcile and repair our relationships. We do not harbor resentment or criticism and we avoid solving conflicts in an inappropriate manner.
