Basic Terms
This page describes the process of ordering, payment and delivery of goods offered on the pages of our web store.
The Seller of the products offered in the said store is CCE, Zagrebačka cesta 227, 10000 Zagreb, and the Buyer of the product is the visitor of the web store who has selected one or more products for purchase, put them in the web store basket and sent the purchase order to the Seller.
In order to be able to purchase the product, the Buyer is obliged to enter his basic data via the web store form. Necessary data are required, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), clarified at this link.
Ordering products
The products are ordered through the Seller’s web store in such a way that the selected products are first placed in the web store’s basket, and after the selection is completed, they are ordered. Prepay is not a prerequisite for the order.
The order can also be made by phone in direct contact with the Seller’s sales agent.
The buyer receives an order confirmation via email after the sales agent reviews and approves it.
Payment methods
Internet banking
The customer receives an order confirmation to his email address with the information required for payment After the Seller receives the payment, he sends the ordered items to the Buyer.
Directly in agreement with the seller
- The order can also be made by phone in direct contact with the Seller’s sales agent.
- The buyer receives an order confirmation via email after the sales agent reviews and approves it.
- Payment can then be made on the spot upon collection.
Delivery of purchased goods
We deliver via courier service, depending on the current estimate. We deliver the goods available in the warehouse within 5 (five) working days at the latest. Delivery is available throughout the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Delivery cost
- In the case of ordered goods in the amount of more than 350 Kn, delivery is free.
- Delivery price for standard items for the ordered amount less than 350 Kn is 35 Kn
- In case of larger quantities and shipments outside the dimensions, the delivery price according to the agreed offer
Product complaint
Product complaints in case of shortage are possible. Please contact us in writing by email: cce@cce.hr to arrange all the details about the return.
Statement on protection of personal data transfer
Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 2016/679-Regulation and the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and collection are considered confidential data.
