Fellowship lay at the very heart of this conference, and from the very beginning, there was a relaxed
and joyful atmosphere. Messages of encouragement, which beautifully complemented each other,
were shared by Rosilind Jukić and a married couple Danijel Behin and Gris Romero Gleason. Their
emphasis was on the importance of striving for a close relationship with the Lord and achieving
emotional wholeness before entering into marriage – and even apart from that – as something that
should always be our top priority, in all circumstances and at all times.
Breakout groups followed the initial teaching session, giving participants the opportunity to speak
openly in smaller groups about issues close to their hearts. These groups provided a safe space
where everyone felt they could open up.
Between the various segments of the conference, there were intermezzos – time for coffee, lunch,
making new connections, and engaging in conversation. A spontaneous fuzball “tournament” also
took place, which everyone found incredibly fun!
The conference concluded with group prayer, during which the Lord brought healing to many
through fellowship, love, and the sincere compassion of brothers and sisters. The prayer session
went far beyond the scheduled time!
In the end, we can truly say the main goal of the conference was fulfilled: to help single believers
realize they are not alone – above all, the Holy Spirit, our Comforter and Counselor, is with them. We
were once again reminded that we are one big Christian family, with brothers and sisters who stand
by us, support us, comfort us, and lift us up.
We warmly invite you to join us next year, when we return in an expanded format – and we’re
already planning something exciting!
